Refund policy

SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

We currently deliver to the UK, EU & North America and are looking to expand to worldwide delivery very soon.

All orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days of orders being placed.

Goods are dispatched during office hours, Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays and weekends.

ORDERS SHIPPED IN EUROPE & NORTH AMERICA

  • All orders shipped to Europe will be charged £15 - £20 depending on the Zone, not including duties. 

  • Any import duties and taxes that are charged when the package reaches the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Flammes is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping internationally. 

RETURNS

If you made your purchase through a retail location, such as a department store, then it will need to be made in accordance with the return/cancellation policy of the relevant retailer and should not be returned to us directly.

Should you wish to return your flammes.co.uk order, please contact our Customer Care team at hello@flammes.co.uk within 14 days of receiving it.

Please note that all items must be returned unused and in the same unopened flammes packaging. If returned goods are opened or used we will not accept the return and in these circumstances we will notify you via e-mail and ship the order back to you.

Please note all return costs will be covered by the customer directly and not the brand. It is encouraged to use a tracked returns service for the return, as the brand is not responsible for any returns and will not refund orders without a proof of receipt should the return not arrive at the designated warehouse.

Once we have processed your return, our Customer Care team will contact you via email to confirm the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receipt into the warehouse.

To prevent any fraudulent activity: (a) we may contact you for further details on a flagged order /or (b) we reserve the right to cancel and refund flagged orders.
