At the beginning of 2023 our founder embarked on a journey to feel-good again, to feel-better.

Due to a combination of unfortunate and unwanted personal events, our founder was forced to look at life through a new lens, to find her inner-flamme.

From this personal journey of finding herself again, flammes was born.
